The 457 Consulting Group are retirement plan consultants that service public sector deferred compensation plans through the LPL Financial Retirement Partners division of LPL Financial. The lead consultants, Justin Pisellini and Joel Clousing, have one mission in mind: to ensure that every public sector employee in America have the tools they need to retire in a dignified manner.
They decided to focus on public sector retirement plans after realizing that there was a need in the market to help improve the plans offered to these heroes. They did not like the idea that the people that were keeping their local communities safe and functional might be paying too much for their retirement plan - so they set out to fight for those heroes!
